Teacher Compensation
2025-26 School Year:
Starting salary range: $45,800 - $79,647
Salary schedule placement is determined by the degree level and number of years of teaching experience. Teachers with previous teaching experience will receive one-half step on the schedule for each year of experience up to a maximum of Step 12.
We offer a competitive benefit package, a $1500 new hire bonus, $2000 toward the cost of graduate credits, and half of the cost of tuition for up to 18 graduate credits in a content area taught in our Early College program.
