After School Child Care
Gaylord Community Schools offers a safe, age-appropriate environment with caring staff members in a licensed child care setting. The purpose of this program is to provide a safe after school experience that is socially and developmentally sound for children in preschool through sixth grade.
After School Child Care Information:
- The cost will be $8 per day for each day that your child attends the program.
- Students will remain in their respective buildings (Gaylord Intermediate School, North Ohio Elementary School, South Maple Elementary School, and Early Childhood Center).
- The latest pickup time will be 5:15 p.m.
2023-24 After School Child Care Handbook
A new feature for the 2023-24 school year is the implementation of Procare. This software allows secure payments to be made online. Please follow the below instructions to create an account with Procare.
Log in today!
- 1. Go to MyProcare.com
- 2. Enter your email address (the email you have on file) and choose Secure Login.
- 3. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, choose a password, and press Submit.
- 4. Then you may:
- a. View your child’s schedule, time card, immunizations and more.
- b. Use the Pay button to make a payment with your card.
- c. Save and print financial reports.
There will be a 48-hour window before a student can begin attending once registration is received.
Registration forms can be emailed to Karla Hawkins or dropped off Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 3:30pm at the Board of Education Office located at 615 South Elm Avenue.
