Immunization Information

IMPORTANT IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION FROM THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF NORTHWEST MICHIGAN:

A Meningococcal vaccination is required for students entering 6th grade (or age 11) which provides protection through age 16. Another dose is required for college entry. The Health Department of Northwest Michigan is offering the Meningococcal vaccine for free or very low cost in our clinics before August 1st. Other vaccines needed can be given at the same time.
